Exotic Car Tour Company Looking for CSR

World Class Driving is seeking outgoing, detail oriented Customer Service Representatives for its Las Vegas supercar driving experience attraction. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to immerse yourself as a pivotal figure in the day-to-day operations of a rapidly growing, successful company. If you are a hands-on, entrepreneurial type who enjoys dealing with people & exotic cars, are organized, professional, clean-cut, detail-oriented, and most importantly are a problem-solver, then this is the job for you. Your responsibilities will fall into three primary categories:

Facility Management — You will be responsible for the management and upkeep of our customer showroom. During business hours, you will be in or near the showroom off the Las Vegas Strip, ready to greet & assist customers, or perform any administrative tasks necessary (answer phones, keep inventory, check mail).

Sales Support — You’ll assist with taking incoming sales calls, and helping customers book their tours.

Vehicle Management — You need to make sure our vehicles are running well and looking great. You will identify problems, work with our head office in New Jersey to get them back up when they break down, and make sure the cars are clean and always have a fresh coat of wax on them.

Requirements for the position:

•    Involvement — You must be the type of person who doesn’t mind “getting your hands dirty.” You should be prepared to take on any task.
•    Problem Solver — Crazy things happen in this business all the time. Cars break down, customers are late, early, happy, sad and everything in between. Murphy’s Law is alive and well here. You should be able to handle this without getting flustered.
•    Presentation — You must be articulate, presentable, hardworking, able to work well with a team, and be proactive. We’re looking for employees that have a clean and professional appearance. If you are shy, this is probably not the right job for you.
•    Independent-Minded — You will need to be able to spot problems and take care of them without needing extensive oversight. You will need to be comfortable taking initiative to keep the showroom and the cars looking perfect.
•    Organization – You should be meticulous and organized and must be able to handle scheduling tours, vehicle servicing and repair and keeping organized and up to date.
•    Computer Literacy — You must be computer-literate and be able to comfortably use a Mac and Microsoft Word.

Other requirements for the position:
•    Must live within 30 mins. of Las Vegas.
•    Valid, clean driver’s license and active personal auto liability insurance coverage
•    Reliable transportation
