Looking for organized & detailed oriented person for full time position beginning at $12.00 per hour, 40 hours per week Monday thru Friday 7am to 3:30pm, 30 minute lunch break for multi maintenance company. Answer phones, create service orders for existing and new customers. Create and recieve against purchase orders and create bills for supplies, equipment or materials needed. Enter invoices into the system in a timely manner. May need to assist in typing customer contracts. Occasionally acting as a liason between customers and technicians.
Must have Quickbooks experience, great phone and customer service skills. Must be a team player and on time.
